Case Melton (he/him)
Case Melton, MA, LAMFT
Case Melton is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults, couples, and families seeking to feel more connected, understood, and emotionally supported. Whether you're experiencing relational conflict, adjusting to life changes, or managing symptoms of anxiety or trauma, Case brings calm, clarity, and compassion to the therapeutic space.
At Hershey Counseling Center, Case helps clients explore patterns in relationships, communicate more effectively, and navigate difficult emotions with greater confidence. He specializes in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and often works with couples at any stage of their relationship—from those newly navigating life together to those hoping to reconnect after years of disconnection. His style is collaborative, grounded, and attachment-focused, helping people better understand themselves and their loved ones.
Case earned his Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University and has completed training in both the Gottman Method and SYMBIS assessment for couples. In addition to his work with adults, he has extensive experience supporting children and families through counseling centers, early intervention, and home-based services—giving him a nuanced understanding of how family systems shape individual experience.
His approach blends EFT, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy with a trauma-informed lens, and he strives to honor each client's strengths, story, and cultural background in the work they do together.
